How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via UPS or FedEx. You’ll receive tracking once it leaves our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Monarch currently ships within the United States only, but international orders are coming soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking emails that keep you updated on your artifact’s progress every step of the way. You can also log into your account to view order status.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at concierge@shopmonarchclub.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right immediately.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem. We’ll do everything possible to make it right. Email us with your order number and preferred size, and we’ll confirm availability for an exchange.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. View our Return Policy for full details.
How are Monarch products packaged?
Each order ships in our custom Monarch shippers, with product relics, scene cards, and care cards included. Every package is an artifact.
How do I care for my piece?
Refer to your Care Card included with each shipment. For general care, machine wash cold inside out, and hang dry to preserve shape and print integrity.
Will there be restocks?
Most Monarch pieces are limited drops. Once an artifact sells out, it’s gone. Join the mailing list to hear when the next scene releases.
