RETURNS POLICY
Eligibility
We accept returns for unworn, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition with tags, inserts, and packaging intact.
Final Sale Items
Certain products, including limited-edition drops and collaborations, may be labeled Final Sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Email concierge@shopmonarchclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable) within one business day.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Just note the size or product you’d like in your return email, and we’ll confirm availability before sending your replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll replace or refund your item as soon as possible.
