SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your confirmation email is received. You’ll receive another notification when your order ships, including tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process the following business day.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier service.
We currently offer delivery through UPS and FedEx, with multiple speed options including Ground, Express Saver, and Overnight.
Domestic Shipping
Monarch currently ships within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your selected service level and location.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Packaging
Every order ships in our custom Monarch shippers, featuring sealed artifacts and drop materials unique to your scene. Each package is packed carefully to protect your piece during transit.
Damages & Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or the contents are incorrect, contact us immediately at concierge@shopmonarchclub.com within 7 days of delivery.
Monarch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll help you find a solution whenever possible.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is secure. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, ownership transfers to the recipient.
