Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your confirmation email is received. You’ll receive another notification when your order ships, including tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process the following business day.

Shipping Options

Domestic (United States - all 50 states)
We offer:
$10 Flat-Rate Shipping on all U.S. orders
Free Shipping on orders over $150
All orders ship from Newport Beach, California.

International Shipping
We currently ship to:
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Ireland.
International shipping is $25 flat-rate per order.
Delivery times vary by destination.
Duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Packaging
Every order ships in our custom Monarch shippers, featuring sealed artifacts and drop materials unique to your scene. Each package is packed carefully to protect your piece during transit.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or the contents are incorrect, contact us immediately at concierge@shopmonarchclub.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of your package damaged package before opening.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Monarch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll help you find a solution whenever possible.

Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is secure. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, ownership transfers to the recipient.
